Cancel order

You will be able to actively cancel your order if:

1) The order does not have any tracking status updated.

2) Cancel within one hour after successful order.

14 Days easy Return/Exchange

We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in perfect conditions. If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept the return & exchange within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be in good condition (unused, unwashed, unworn) with the express list photos, inside package label photos, and received items photos, not affect the secondary sales. Please kindly noted that all requests must be approved by our Customer Service Team.

Return Process

  1. Please send email within the content to our Customer Service Team:

    a)  Order Number

    b)  The clear pictures of the item(s), and the outer packaging, all shipping labels visible

       1) The outer packaging with tracking number;
       2) Item label
       3) Electronic products, please send us video.

    c)  The reason for return.

    NOTE: Photos/videos should ideally be clear and focused, taken under good lighting conditions, and from a close to medium distance. This allows us to identify and verify the issue(s). We will always do our very best to help you. Thank you in advance for providing all the information stated above. We will get back to you within 48 hours.

  2. Upon our approval, you will receive return instructions, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original package and shipping label.

    NOTE: All returns must first be authorized by our Customer Service Team prior to return;Items must be shipped back to the address provided by customer service, NOT the address on your original delivery;.

  3.  Drop off your package at the local post office. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) services for returns.

  4. Send the tracking number of the return package to our Customer Service Team. We are unable to refund without tracking number.

  5. Most returns are processed within 14 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your original payment method. It takes 7-14 business days for the refund to appear on your bank account or credit card. Or 1-3 business days in PayPal (normally in 48 hours ), that depends on the original way you used.  

Returnable Items

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 7 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:

  1. Receive defective & damaged items.

  2. Receive incomplete orders. (missing items, accessories)

  3. Receive wrong items. (wrong size & wrong product)

  4. Receive items not as described or pictures showed.

  5. Receive items within 14 days after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We will not accept returns in the following conditions:

  1. Special offer Items

  2. Receive items exceeding 14 days after delivery.

  3. Broken or damaged with inappropriate usage.

  4. Already used Liquid, power and paste items.

  5. Intimates, swimwear, lingerie and beauty items (such as false eyelashes, lipstick), unless received wrong or faulty items.

Sizing issues

In the apparel business, we may note slight size differences between brands and manufacturers. It is important for you to check the size chart and size conversion chart on the product before ordering.

If we have shipped you the wrong size by mistake, we will either refund you in full or send you an item with an alternative size (if applicable).

If you choose the wrong size, we will offer an exchange or refund for customers, but you are responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) services for returns.

Out of stock issue

Once the out of stock situation occurs during the processing, our customer service staff will immediately contact you through the contact information you left when placing the order. Orders with different payment methods have different processing procedures as follows:

  1. Online payment order

    1.1 First, our customer service staff will try to contact you to remove the out-of-stock product and get the remaining product after obtaining your consent. The amount price of out-of-stock products will be returned to your payment account within 7 working days.

    1.2 If the customer service cannot contact you successfully, we will split the order and ship it. The amount price of out of stock products will be returned to your account within 7 working days.

    1.3 You can also choose other products to replace out-of-stock products as needed.

  2. Cash on delivery order

    2.1 First, our customer service staff will try to contact you, remove the out-of-stock product and get the remaining product after obtaining your consent. The amount price of out-of-stock products will be deducted from the amount of COD in the order.

    2.2 If the customer service cannot contact you successfully, we will cancel your order.

    2.3 You can also choose other products to replace out-of-stock products as needed.

Return Shipping Fees

  1. Shipping fees to return the items are at the customer's own expense.

  2. Please consult your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We advise you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.

    Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
